The more you mow a lawn the faster it grows. I
have some pretty cowslips and wild flowers in mine so I like to do the first
cut after they've just about finished flowering in spring. I mowed the lawn 3
times last year on high cut, and it stays short. I used to mow it twice a year.
My neighbours hate it cos they mow theirs every two weeks and it grows like
mad. Try it and see. There are better things to do in the Summer than mow
lawns. Take some 'me time' and relax.
